Your lazy cat looks like my lazy cat except for no stripes. I think the cat can read and has decided the warning is all the protection the family needs. A friend did a smilar thing, he made up some fake labels from a fake security company and put them in his windows; in hopes it would scare of would be burglars. Who knows maybe it works. He hasn't been robbed lately.
The truth is, I would be very afraid of that cat!
