I did really well on my first day of dieting. I finished off the no-bake cookies. (Now, I won't have any temptations!) Now on to day 2...

Your post reminds me how i started with my diet plan and how i've been successful so far. Hope you dont mind me sharing it here. I've been on a very special diet for almost 3 years now. I keep a full day fast atleast once every week and keep up with my regular diet for the 4 days. And atleast one day in a week i make sure to eat something which is not in my regular diet and give my taste buds a change. I just wish you also would be successful in your diet pland and achieve the right results you are looking for.

Thanks for your visit to my blog...! About dieting: I stopped dieting about 6 months ago---It's not a good thing, but, after over 65 years of dieting---I Am Really Tired Of It and have decided to just eat whatever I want!
