How You Doin?...Week II

We're two weeks into the New Year and in my best Joey Tribbiani voice I ask "How you doin"?

I thought I'd start a weekly feature here at Reflections that would encourage you to stick with it. I think I'm doing it more for myself, actually. If I write it down each week, I can hold myself accountable. But, please, feel free to play along at home.

Some items might be changed according to what is going on in the world. Like this week I'm asking this: Are you doing anything to help those affected by the earthquake in Haiti?

Are you keeping your resolutions?

Are you laughing at least once a day?

Are you staying positive?

Are you finding happiness and contentment in your everyday activities?

Are you eating more fiber?

Are you letting the little things go?

Are you being less judgemental?

Are you clipping coupons to help you save money?

Are you saying NO when they ask you if you want to supersize it?

Are you drinking fluids to keep hydrated?

Are you getting off the couch any?

These are some of the things that I'm working on. Hope you will too! If you have anything to add to the list, please do so.

I agree, these are great things to do to give us a better quality of life. Some I do, some I should do.
Thanks for giving us incentive.

For fun I answered your questions and the only one that can be considered a success is #1. I sure hope you are doing better.

1)learning to crochet 2) nothing to laugh at 3)negetive as always 4)hate my everyday activities 5) never eat fiber 6) cling on to everything 7)quick to judge 8)never clip coupons and suck at saving money 8)can't afford to eat out 9)no hydration here 10)getting off the couch takes my breath away
